At the same time, many of us try to use self-control to keep from “overindulging.” The issue is, when we “give in,” we often feel guilty. Let’s try something different, Mindful Indulgence. Instead of depriving or limiting yourself of the things you desire, savor and appreciate them with mindfulness.
